Marriage is the foundation for the family, and so we work to help to build joyful marriages and strong families. In the area of Natural Family Planning (NFP) we hope to inspire and educate couples with NFP, which reclaims the dignity of women, strengthens marriages, and helps couples achieve personal happiness through a total gift of self. In order to make sure that couples receive proper knowledge of Natural Family Planning, per the Statutes of the Eparchy (No. 71), couples are invited to attend a free online session of about 90 minutes to learn an overview of NFP methods and the introductory session to the Creighton Model FertilityCare System. The theology behind it will be covered briefly, but the focus will be on the scientific aspect of NFP. Marise Frangie, the Director of the Office of Family and Sanctity of Life and a certified Creighton Model FertilityCare practitioner and educator along with her husband Deacon Peter Frangie will provide the online session. The goal of this presentation is to help couples and women develop an appreciation for Natural Family Planning. It will provide an overview of its methods, scientific basis, effectiveness, benefits and an introductory session to the Creighton Model System. We hope to give couples the opportunity to learn more about how they can really live the total gift of self within marriage and be open to God’s gift of love and life. We want also to help women be empowered and be able to take control of their cycle naturally. The following are the dates and times to attend free online introductory session for Creighton Model FertilityCare System: Saturday February 8th 2020 at 9:30 am Tuesday March 10, 2020 at 7:30pm Thursday April 30, 2020 at 7:30pm Tuesday May 19, 2020 at 7:30pm Monday June 8th, 2020 at 7:30pm
