During this one hour set apart ( no TV & no distractions), you can have - heart to heart conversation with the Lord (talk and listen) I will tell you most when you converse with Me in the depths of your heart (Divine Mercy 581) When you reflect upon what I tell you in the depths of your heart, you profit more than if you had read many books. Oh, if souls would only want to listen to My voice when I am speaking in the depths of their hearts, they would reach the peak of holiness in a short time (Divine Mercy 584). - prayer from the heart with Our Lord and Lady by praying the Rosary - pray the Divine Mercy Chaplet - meditate on the Word of God (you can use your own Bible or the readings for the day from Zouwedit Lyoum group) - read spiritual books - do Bible Study lesson like the ones from Walking With Purpose. You can access here a guide to mental prayer that can help you in this hour. You can also check this link for more ideas for an hour of prayer. Let’s look at this hour as an opportunity for us to grow closer to the Lord while supporting and praying for each other keeping in mind those words “Am I my brother’s keeper?” .
Please pray about committing to spending one hour a week praying for all the Cenacle families (by name) in addition to your own intentions and reply to me with a specific day (& if possibly specific time to helpful bring structure to your day by having specific schedule) if you feel you want to commit to one hour to “carry” all of us (even if you answered me at the Cenacle).
Let us adopt spiritually every day one person dying from corona virus and few of our clergy along with Sayedna. This article explains the need for spiritual adoption of victims. You can find below the list of names of clergy to pray for daily since we didn’t adopt specific priests at our cenacle meetings as usually.
